The room was not quiet. Deliveries occurred at all hours. a large creaking gate was dragged along the ground outside. i requested an iron three times, but it never arrived. i expected better service.

The breakfast service proved unsatisfactory. It was slow and lacked variety. furthermore, wifi connectivity was unreliable throughout the premises. in my allocated room, wifi never functioned. I had no internet access and could not connect the television. no remedy was offered. I received neither a reimbursement nor a room change.

the staff were helpful, always ready with a smile and prompt service. the pool area was a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a clean, refreshing atmosphere. i found the breakfast selection abundant and the quality of the ingredients very high.. especially the pastries. our room was spacious and well-appointed.

a beautiful memory
fantastic service gorgeous room delicious food
The wedding we had here became an very nice experience for us. The service was fantastic and the rooms were gorgeous. the venue was fine, it made the weekend the best of our lives. i tasted the food from the catering team and it was delicious, restaurant elis feels like pure perfection.
The air conditioning wasn't working in the groom's room or public areas. It was unbearably hot, and when challenged, the receptionist said he was fine, though we were not. this lack of attention diminished our overall experience!

the building had fine original parquet floors. the decor was tasteful with beautiful windows. the large bed was comfortable, i felt very cozy. the apartment layout worked really well. a supermarket across the street offered much convenience for quick needs.
I noticed some minor wear. Some aspects felt a bit tired.

the gym had updated equipment i saw several treadmills. the pool area included comfortable loungers i noticed staff maintained a clean environment. my suite had a useful kitchen plus it featured modern appliances i really felt at home here.
i found the breakfast service was slow this impacted my schedule.

I appreciated the spacious and cozy apartments that gave a home-away-from-home feeling. Staff members were lovely. I found swimming very relaxing before a busy day. The building had beautiful architecture.
